How a headless commerce build works
Decouple the storefront, keep the platform.
Week 1-2: Audit. We map your current commerce stack — platform, integrations, CMS, payment, tax, inventory, search, personalization, analytics. Identify what stays, what moves to the new storefront, what changes.
Week 3-10: Storefront build. Next.js or React-based storefront, your branding, your design system. API integration with your commerce platform. CMS-driven content for marketing-owned pages. Personalization rules, search, cart, checkout.
Week 11-12: Cutover + monitoring. Phased rollout (often by traffic percentage). Performance monitoring, conversion tracking, A/B framework. We stay through stabilization.
